A THIRD EXTRAORDINARY MEETING OF THE
READING ROOM COMMITTEE WILL BE HELD ON
MONDAY 24^th AUGUST 2020 AT 1030 AM
IN THE READING ROOM

1. A third extraordinary meeting of the Reading Room Committee is called for Monday 24^th August 2020 at 1030 am to be held in the Reading Room. Attendance will be limited to a maximum of 12 people to allow for self-distancing. As attendance is limited please let me know if you have anything you would like to be raised at the meeting as your opinions do count.
2. Agenda. The agenda is:
   1. Acceptance of the minutes of the meeting held on Monday 3^rd August 2020.
   2. Matters arising to include:
      1. Election of committee members.
      2. Tidying children’s play area.
      3. Progress with renovations and funding.
   3. Developments with respect to the Government’s further lifting of restrictions with respect to the coronavirus.
      1. Constable Burton Volunteer Support Group.
      2. Reading Room.
      3. Children’s Play Area.
   4. Other matters arising.
   5. Summer Picnic. Is scheduled for 30^th Aug 20 from 1 – 5pm.
      1. Helpers for activities.
      2. Setting up and preparations.
      3. Prizes.
      4. Covid-19 precautions.
   6. Any Other Business.
