Matters arising from the previous meeting held on 10th November 2015.

Village Safety and Signage

New road safety signs have been placed at key safety areas around the village.

Coffee morning held on 14th November was quiet. Thanks to Jonny and Olivia for their support.

Correction Bank Balance to read £3300 not £3500.

Dates for Your Diary

Christmas Afternoon Tea Sunday 13th December – Jonny and Olivia, Martina, Dave and Phoebe agreed to help.

Next Coffee morning to be held on Saturday 16th January 2016, 10 a.m (weather permitting). Action: Martina to email D & S to update date from 9/1/16 to read 16/1/16.

18th December at 7 p.m at the Chapel, Finghall .Meeting to discuss recent criminal activity in Finghall. Police officers will be in attendance to answer any questions.

From 2016 Mike Phillipson will be running his IT Clinic once a month. See website for further details.

Room Hire – Police Commissioner Elections May 2016 held at the Reading Room, further details to follow.

The Reading Room Committee would like to thank all our supporters and volunteers for their continued help. We have enjoyed another successful year.
