There was a discussion about other possible activities – Games evenings, speakers. Mike suggested we should find out what people wanted to come to. It was also agreed that when afternoon teas are resumed, that they should be every eight weeks, rather than monthly.
Mike suggested that we should produce a plan of the village for the notice board, with the names of all the houses, as visitors and delivery vans have problems. A similar plan had been seen at Sedbusk.
Computers – The spare computer, which is rarely used as most people come on Fridays with their own ipad, will be made available on loan to anyone in the village. A deposit would be paid. It would still be for community use.
John suggested that the website should inform people of any grants available to help with, for instance, insulation, energy costs etc.
Cathy will not be continuing as Chairman next year, and Anna will not be continuing as Secretary. Johnny Handley has offered to serve as Treasurer
