Oil Clubs are a great way to save money on fuel costs. They help the environment by cutting down the number of tanker journeys on roads and offer support for people struggling with fuel bills.
There is a Parish Council meeting on Monday 17 November at 7.30pm at the Methodist Chapel Finghall when a Community Support Officer will talk about Oil Co-operatives.
Citizens Advice have produced a short video about Oil Co-operatives:

Hello Mike, just to advise that we are in an oil cooperative run from Finghall. Last two loads cost us around £0.47/litre for fuel oil. Previously we had been paying over £0.60/litre. I know that fuel costs have dropped recently but certainly a saving.
