While the recent mild weather has certainly served exacerbate the risk of flooding, it may have also contributed to the arrival of some rather unexpected fauna…..
Footbridge – Over tributary of Burton Beck
The stone slabs have moved and are very slippery. The council have been told, and have given the repair a high priority status.
The Ranger has visited the site and will construct a temporary arrangement

Robert Frewen (of JG Hills) has visited the site with Mr Kettlewell (the tenant). They accept that the culvert must be cleared, but there is a disagreement as to who pays for it.
The issue will be raised at the next council meeting in February.
