A huge thank you to everyone who turned out last Saturday to decorate the Reading Room and to get the Christmas lights up. Helpers even included our friendly Community Police Officer!

Don’t forget there will be mulled wine, mince pies and roasted chestnuts in the car park on Saturday 17th December 2 – 5pm. Santa will be in his grotto from 4:30pm. Please contact his little helper on 01677 450460 to book a slot at £5 per child.

Raffle tickets for the Christmas draw at a £1 a strip can be bought from Hilly. They will be available in the Reading Room this coming Tuesday when ‘Spicy Parsnip Soup’ will be served free of charge 10 – 2pm. The Popup Shop will also be there from 11am. Hope to see as many of you as possible on Tuesday and on the 17th.
